How do I find a product I'm looking for?
There are two ways to find the products you are looking for with Pale-Ale: Searching by Keyword in the search box or by Browsing the links from the Home Page. No matter which method you use, you will find a variety of sorting functions to help you find what you are looking for.
Where can I find more information about a product?
If you would like more information about an item you see on Pale-Ale, simply click on the item. This will take you to a Product Detail page that provides a complete description of the product.
How do I know when an item will arrive?
Most items on our site are In Stock and ready to ship. Some items are either temporarily out-of-stock (Advanced Sale items), are not available for shipment until a specific release date provided by us.
What Shipping Service do you Use?
All shipments will be sent by USPS (United States Postal Service), by parcel delivery. Products arrive within 5-10 days after shipment, (Excluding Sunday) with tracking. We do reserve the right to use other shipping services.
